How to Track Your Order

- Visit the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email.
- Or contact us directly with your order number and we'll look it up for you.
Shipping Confirmation Email
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package with the carrier.
Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your tracking number becomes active.
Estimated Delivery Times
Germany (Domestic): 2–5 business days
International: 7–21 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs delays for international orders.
